Description
Bibim (bee-bim) means “mixed” and bap means “rice”. Basically, it’s a one-bowl wonder of steamed rice, sautéed vegetables and a fried egg. Pretty as it may be, don’t be afraid to mix it all up because that’s how it’s supposed to be eaten! So dig in!
